We want every member to have an enjoyable experience and therefore expect that anyone who has an account on this forum will act in a responsible manner and have respect for their fellow users. The forum guidelines exist to help maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere for everyone who participates in the community.

Your Privacy:
- Your MSN address/other e-mail addresses (if someone
requires them, use the PM function.)
- Your address (this is pretty obvious, but we have to
make sure.)
- Your mobile number/home phone number.
- ANY copyright material.

- If you are giving out any of the above (^) - and we strongly recommend that you don’t - use the PM function, and know that you can absolutely trust the recipient. REMEMBER, this is a public forum that anyone can sign up to and people are not always who they say they are.
- That if you have any problems, with any fellow members, PM a moderator and the appropriate action(s) will be taken.
- That you use the forum safely and appropriately.

Alexander’s Privacy:
Posting or requesting personal information regarding Alexander, such as home addresses, telephone numbers, flight numbers, hotel names etc. is strictly forbidden and could lead to the user being banned.

Posting Guidelines:
When posting a new topic, please select the forum that best relates to the subject matter of your topic. When posting a new topic do not use the CAPS lock. It is hard to read and is considered shouting.

To make the Moderator’s job much easier and quicker, please refrain from using excessive mobile text/slang speak please. Posts will be edited/deleted at the Moderator’s discretion.

Attachments & Links:
Images, material or links to images and/or material whether real, satirical or implied that are obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, or threatening in nature are not permitted on this site. Anyone who posts such images will be permanently banned.
The moderators and Admin will do their best to delete offensive images as soon as is possible.

Sigs & Avatars: (being reviewed)
Please keep to a maximum size of 450x150 for sigs and 100x100 for avatars. One banner per member.

Language Guidelines:
Libellous, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, harmful, sexist, homophobic, threatening, obscene, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material will not be tolerated. Derogatory statements, direct or indirect personal attacks are strictly not permitted. Posts that are regarded as argumentative or inciting an argument will not be allowed.

The Moderators and Admin work extremely hard at keeping the forum free from such posts, however they will not be held responsible for any posts that contravene these guidelines.

In addition, please remember that the Moderators work extremely hard at keeping this board a welcoming and friendly place. If you wish to comment upon, or receive a clarification about, any of their decisions or actions, please PM the appropriate Moderator rather than discussing it on the forum itself. Any derogatory comments or abusive posts on the forum will result in disciplinary action.

Impersonating someone else:
This is unacceptable, as is adopting an inappropriate screen name (one that is vulgar, offensive, etc.) Posting under multiple usernames is also forbidden.

Swear Filters:
These are here for a reason. Attempting to by-pass them may lead to you being banned.

Non-English Threads:
Any messages written in another language will be deleted as they make the forum very hard to moderate.

PM Guidelines:
If exclusively personal contact is needed, use the Private Message system. Do not post a topic where only one member is expected to answer.

PM abuse is unacceptable and absolutely against forum rules. Please let a Moderator know immediately if this happens to you.

Be patient
Users of all ages and abilities will be taking part in the community.

Copyright Guidelines:
Copyright infringement is illegal. When posting copyrighted material, please use small sections or link to the article. When posting copyrighted material please give credit to the author in your post.
Illegal download links for audio or video are strictly forbidden, and anyone posting such material, or information on how to obtain in, will be banned. If you are unsure as to whether the link you wish to post falls within this category, please contact a Moderator before posting.

Sales & Unofficial Merchandise:
Please be aware that selling unofficial merchandise is not allowed on this forum. Any other sales must be done via ebay, or a similar site. You may then post the link to your sale on this forum. This is to help protect both sellers and buyers.

Reporting Violations:
If you witness a posting that violates these terms, please report this post to a Moderator or Admin and it will be handled.

Any comments posted that violate our Guidelines are routinely removed as soon as possible. We reserve the right to close the accounts of persistent violators of these Rules of Conduct.

Consequences of Violations:
All users who register to this forum agree to be bound by the rules and terms and conditions. Changes to the rules and terms and conditions will be publicised and further posting to the forum indicates acceptance of any publicised rule. Any user who breaks the rules or terms and conditions may have their message removed.

1- If a member breaks the rules an initial warning will be given, explaining the reason for it.
2- If the member breaks the rules again a temporary ban will be given - at Admin/Moderators discretion.
3- If the member breaks the rules repeatedly a full ban will be enforced.
Severe violations may result in immediate banning (temporary or permanent as necessary).

Before starting a thread, can you please check to ensure there isn’t already a thread running for the topic you wish to discuss, if there is, please post in the thread already running, rather than starting a new topic on the same subject. To keep the forum tidy, duplicate threads will be closed.

Can you please also ensure that you post your thread in the correct forum. The titles and descriptions of each forum are clear, and self explanatory.

Please do not start a thread to state how many posts you have, we are aware its exciting when you reach a certain amount, but everyone can see how many posts an individual member has. They take up lots of room in the forum, pushing other topics/threads further down the pages. Also please do not post on threads just to bump up your post count, as the saying goes “Its quality, not quantity that counts” To keep the forum tidy, any threads started in future on post amounts will be closed.

The title of a thread is also important. Titles like OMG, He He, Yaaay, Grrr etc., are not suitable titles, and they do not let other members know what the subject of the thread is about. Please ensure your titles are descriptive and specific, and that they relate to the subject you’ve posted about.

Please do not start a thread just to say “hello”, “is anyone on”, “talk to me” “I’m off now”, “I’m back“. etc., They take up lots of room in the forum, pushing other topics/threads further down the pages.

If anyone contacts you to ask personal questions or wants to meet up, please let a moderator or administrator know.

If you have any issues, please contact one of the mods or the admin.
